1. General Terms
- These terms govern all sales, purchases, and services provided by H&Y Tiles.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
- Prices, promotions, and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed online, in-store, or via phone/email (if applicable).
- Full payment (or 30% deposit, if specified) is required to confirm an order.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, weather, or stock issues are not eligible for compensation.
- Delivery fees apply based on location, order weight, and site accessibility.
- Customers must inspect tiles upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours(with photo proof) for claims.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Unopened/Unused Tiles: May be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Damaged/Defective Tiles: Must be reported immediately for replacement or refund.
- Custom Orders: Non-refundable unless proven defective.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a store error.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Standard orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
- Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once shipping has commenced.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
H&Y Tiles is not responsible for:
- Tile suitability of tiles for the customer’s intended use.
- Any shade or batch variation between samples shown to the customer and the actual tiles supplied cos crazing and shade or batch variation is an inherent characteristic of ceramic and porcelain tiles.
- Installation issues or post-delivery damages.
7, Cleaning and maintenance of tiles
- It is responsibility of the owner, Builder and Tiler to protect the tiled surface during construction to prevent stains, surface damages and grime.
- the purchaser, Builder or Tiler must ensure all grout haze is removed properly from the surface of tiles following the introductions of the selected grouting products.
- Anti-slip tiles require extra maintenance comparing to non-rated tiles.
- Once tilers/Builders apply acid to chemicals to the tiled surface, H&Y Tiles deems the surface of the tile has been changed and will not take any responsibility for subsequent issues.
