Delivery Service

1. Delivery Scope
- Delivery includes transportation of tiles to the address specified by the customer.
- Additional services (e.g., unloading, carrying inside) may incur extra fees.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors such as weather, logistics.
- Customers will be notified of any delays as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Fees
- Fees depend on distance and order quantity.
4. Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers must inspect tiles upon delivery for any damage or discrepancies.
- Any issues (e.g., broken tiles, wrong color or size) must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos and a written notice.
5. Unloading & Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible unloading conditiond at the delivery site. - Drivers are not obligated to move tiles beyond the curbside or designated delivery point unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply. - Storage fees may be charged if tiles are held beyond a specified period.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Return policies for undamaged tiles vary (e.g., restocking fees, return shipping costs).
- Clearance or non-stock items are not be eligible for return.
